🍬 SwarnMithaas Refund Policy

At SwarnMithaas, we value the trust of our customers. Since our products are freshly prepared food items, refunds are processed with fairness and transparency while ensuring food safety standards.

We are a small and growing brand with a limited budget. We truly want to be as fair as possible, but to prevent misuse, we need to keep our refund policy slightly strict.

⏳ Refund Validity

  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, no refund or replacement will be accepted.

πŸ“¦ Packaging & Weight Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • At least 90% of the product must remain for a valid refund.
  • Approximate allowance for tasting:
    • 250g pack β†’ 1 peda (40–50g)
    • 500g pack β†’ 2 pedas (80–100g)
    • 1kg pack β†’ 3–4 pedas (150–200g)
  • If product weight falls below these limits, refund request may be cancelled.

We understand that taste is subjective. To build trust, first-time customers may request a refund based on taste dissatisfaction, provided the request falls within the 3-day window and packaging/weight conditions are met.

For repeat customers, taste-based refunds are not applicable.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product stored in unsuitable conditions (excessive heat, moisture, etc.).
  • Packaging damaged or tampered after delivery.

  • SwarnMithaas Wallet Credit (usable for next purchase).
  • Direct Refund to UPI/Bank account (for first-time or special cases).
